Can Meta parking sensors be fitted at the front of the car?
Yes – our Targa bumper sensors are designed to be installed in the front bumper.
Contact your nearest regional service centre to find out more.
Do any Meta alarms offer remote-control central locking and window closure?
If your vehicle’s already fitted with central locking and window closure, the remote controls
that come with some of our products – like the M99/36T2 Thatcham Category 1 alarm/immobiliser and
the HPA range – will operate these as well as the alarm. Talk to your nearest regional service
centre for more information.
The button or strap on my remote control is broken – how can I get a new case?
If your vehicle’s a Fiat, you can go to your nearest Fiat dealer. For all other vehicles,
just get in touch with your nearest regional service centre.

How do I know if my system is Thatcham approved?
Look it up on the product pages of this website. They’ll tell you whether each
system is Thatcham approved and, if it is, give you the approval number.
If my alarm or immobiliser is Thatcham approved, how can I get an installation certificate?
First, your system will need to pass a healthcheck, so arrange this through your nearest
regional service centre. They’ll then be able to give you a certificate.
How long is the guarantee on MetaSystem products?
All out products come with a 12-month guarantee. This is an agreement

I’ve lost the red code card for my system and I need a new remote control. What can I do?

is unique and can’t be replicated for security reasons. Your best option is to talk to a
dealer at a regional service centre, who’ll be able to advise you on what to do next.
I’ve purchased a MetaSystem product but don’t have the installation instructions. Could you send them to me?
